Airport Transfers Entebbe is a service brand operated by EBB Multiple Services Limited (also referred to in these terms as “EBB Multiple Services”, “we”, “us” or “our”). The company is located at Entebbe International Airport, Entebbe Municipality, Uganda, and has a postal address of P.O. Box 655, Entebbe, Uganda.

Our services include airport taxi transfers to and from Entebbe International Airport, local transfers, car hire and tour and safari packages to destinations in Uganda.

2. Using this website

By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy and any other policies published on the website that apply to your booking or service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the website or submit a booking request.

Rates displayed on the website are provided as a guide and may change from time to time. The final price depends on the service and booking details confirmed with our team. Unless expressly agreed otherwise, airport transfer rates shown on the Rates page are for one-way delivery from Entebbe International Airport.

Vehicle and service availability may vary by date, destination and booking requirements. Please contact us to confirm the current rate, availability and any additional charges before making payment.

5. Payments and payment providers

Where online payment is offered, payments may be handled by a third-party payment provider. You must follow the payment provider’s applicable terms and instructions when completing a transaction. The provider may have its own privacy, security, verification and dispute procedures.

Before paying, check the service being purchased, the agreed price, the currency and any booking details shown to you. Keep your payment confirmation and booking correspondence for your records. A payment receipt alone should not be treated as confirmation of service details unless those details have also been confirmed by us.

Do not send card details, passwords or other sensitive payment credentials through ordinary email or messaging. Use the payment method and instructions provided through the agreed booking process.
